I didn't start Leadership Generally because I had everything figured out. I started it because I have seen, at the deepest personal level, what leadership costs when it fails, and what it can build when it succeeds.
My roots are Rwandan and Congolese. I am a Political Science student pursuing a B.A. in Global Politics, a Business Manager in luxury beauty retail, a creative with a passion for music and storytelling, and above all, a woman of deep faith.
I believe leadership is not about power. It is about service. It is about stewarding influence with integrity and empowering others to become the people God created them to be.
Leadership Generally exists to raise a generation of God-centered leaders whose faith shapes their character, whose leadership shapes culture, and whose lives glorify God.
